Each House of Rule Zero piece is handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. All purchases are final. Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order.

Damages & Defects

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact connect@thehouseofrulezero.com within 3 days of delivery and include an unedited unboxing video.

Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging. Approved claims will be reviewed upon verification and may be resolved through a replacement, store credit or refund, as appropriate.

For approved international exchanges or claims, return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
