No Returns, No Refunds

All purchases are final. Due to the limited nature, exclusivity, and artistry of our creations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. Each piece is handcrafted with dedication, and any reversal directly hampers the livelihood and spirit of the artisan.

At The House of Rule Zero, we take great care to ensure every product reaches you in excellent condition.

Damages or Manufacturing Issues

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 3-day replacement policy.

To qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

• A clear, unedited video recording of the unboxing process must be provided, showing the package being opened and the damaged item inside. This serves as proof that the item was received in damaged condition.

• Replacement will be arranged at the original delivery address.

• If the requested item is unavailable due to limited stock, an alternative may be chosen with a 10% courtesy reduction.

How to Request a Replacement

• Please email us at connect@thehouseofrulezero.com within 3 days of delivery, along with the required unboxing video.

• If your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup at the original delivery address (if domestic).

• For international replacements, the delivery will need to be arranged for and paid by the customer, including any customs that may apply or any othe charges, taxes, etc.

• Should the requested item be unavailable due to limited stock, you may select an alternative item at a 10% discounted price as part of your replacement.

Size Exchange (One-Time Only)

We understand the importance of fit. A one-time size exchange may be offered under these conditions:

• The request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item is unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in original packaging.
• Availability of the requested size is confirmed.
• If unavailable, you may select an alternative product with a 10% courtesy reduction.
